Risk Management: Preventing Bad Things From Happening To Your Projects A combination seminar and workshop, this advanced course is designed to elevate understanding of risk management concepts and application of those concepts in real-world projects. the course content introduces a common risk management process framework, supplies participants with a number of worksheets and templates, andchallenges students to identify barriers to successfully implementing risk management on their own projects. Extensive action planning is conducted throughout the course, with a focus on applying the techniques and tools in a practical setting.
